Fill the tray 3/4 full and allow to freeze. Top off and allow to freeze again.

Step one

Push one insert into the bottom of each cavity until you feel the roksTight seal snap into place. Firmly press all four corners of each insert into place.

Step two

Fill water to just below the top of tray and place tray in freezer on flat surface. Allow ice to freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.

Step three

Remove ice tray from freezer. While holding face down in the sink, run warm water on the silicone side of the tray for 10 seconds.

step four

Let tray sit for 2 minutes and then push each ice cube out from the bottom of the tray. Insert may stick to ice cube.

step five

Carefully remove insert from ice cube. A splash of water can ease this process.

Dry the ice tray and inserts fully before reassembling and storing for another round of roks.
