What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 10 units — 100 units if you're customizing tray and insert silicone colors.
How do I create a custom design?
Simply send us your logo or artwork to get started. From there, you can customize the tray, the insert design, and the insert bag independently — mix and match as you like.
How many insert designs can I choose?
Pick any 6 inserts, from our 150+ standard designs, your own custom designs, or a mix of both. Sets can be identical across the board or individually personalized — whatever works best for how you're gifting.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. We'll 3D model your custom insert and provide renders of the custom tray and insert bag, so you'll know exactly what you're getting before production begins.
What file formats do you need?
Just send us your logo in high resolution — .ai or .eps are our favorites. Just note that we'll need the high-res file in hand before production begins.
What's the lead time?
3-4 weeks from approved artwork for fully custom orders. 10 days if you're only branding the tray or insert bag and using one of our 150+ standard insert designs.
Can you rush an order for an upcoming event?
Yes — depending on the time of year, we may be able to get your rush order out in 2-3 weeks from approved artwork.
Can you ship directly to our clients or employees?
Yes — share the shipping list and we'll direct-ship to each recipient, no middleman required. Want to add a personalized card or note? Done. It's completely turnkey: you approve the design, we handle the rest, and every recipient gets an impressive, personalized gift without you lifting a finger. We ship worldwide, so wherever your team or clients are, we can get your order there.
How much does a custom order cost?
Pricing depends on quantity and which branding options you choose — such as a logo on the tray, a logo on the insert bag, or a fully custom insert. We'll send pricing within 48 hours of getting those details.
Will my rOks come in gift-ready packaging?
Every set comes in a gift-ready box, ready to hand off or ship as-is. We also offer custom-designed packaging to match your brand or event.
Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Yes — a 25% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before your order ships.
What if I'm not satisfied with my custom order?
We want you to love what you receive and we stand behind every gift we ship. If you're not satisfied, simply return all sets for a full refund — that's our guarantee.
