How to create a custom design?
To get started, simply send us the file containing your logo or custom design. You’ll have the freedom to customize the tray, insert design, and the insert bag. They don’t all need to feature the same logo or image.
How many different designs can I choose?
You can choose any 6 insert designs from our standard offering, custom inserts you design or combination of both.
What is the lead time?
30 days from approved artwork for custom designed inserts. 10 days if you are only customizing the tray and choosing from our 100+ standard insert designs.
What files are needed?
We require all logos to be in high resolution (preferably .ai or .eps format).
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the world.
Will I be able to proof the project prior to production?
We will provide renders for custom insert designs, tray logos and insert bag logos prior to production.
Can I get custom colors?
Yes. The minimum quantity for custom colors is 250.
